Townhomes With Garages in Orlando
In case you haven't noticed from the number of listings on our website, condos are pretty popular in Orlando. People love living here because of the sunshine, the lakes, the golf and tennis and the city's close proximity to beaches. Orlando's world class theme parks (Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World.) draw millions of tourists a year. It's a great place to visit, raise kids and retire.
If you've seen plenty of photos of condos on this website and they don't seem quite right to you - you may be missing the one room that condos don't have - a private garage. And in order to get a garage, you'll want to look more towards the townhome style.
Townhomes are most like single family homes because there is no-one living above or below and most of the time townhomes in Orlando have a garage - many times an attached garage.

Even if this will be your second home, a garage can be helpful. A garage keeps the car secure, especially when you leave it for the summer months. It also protects it from the elements. It also makes it easy to schlep the groceries into the house.
